HOW TO AMEND YOUR PASS

Here are the instructions to how to amend the details on your pass. If you are unable to attend the event, you may change the details and nominate who will attend in your place.
Step 1
Visit the ticket portal here. Or click the button below.
Step 2
Enter your email address (the one used to for the pass) and password.
If you are unable to remember the password, click on “Forgot Password”
Step 3
After you have successfully logged in, look for the ticket you want to amend.
- Click on the small black down arrow to expend the menu
- Click on “Edit Ticket”
Step 4
Make the necessary changes. If you are nominating a new person for the ticket, please enter the person details and email address (this is required in order for the new ticket to be emailed to him/her).
Then click on “Submit”
If the change is successful, you should see a message like this.
You have now successfully changed your ticket.
